This stylish modern 3 star apartment is in a quiet location just a short walk from the centre of Morzine. It’s the perfect choice for two couples or a family with older children. Built in 2012, it’s on the middle floor of a purpose-built block of six apartments overlooking the resort and the mountains beyond. With the Super Morzine bubble lift just five minutes walk away, and the ski bus stopping outside the building, you’ll waste no time getting on the slopes, and in the evening, it’s just a short walk to the lively bars and restaurants of Morzine. The apartment has a garage, but with all the resort facilities so close, a car really isn’t essential, so park it up and forget all about it!
Stylish apartment in a central location is a real find!
Sleeping 6 people (4 adults) in a double room, a twin room and a smaller room with a set of bunk beds, there are also two bathrooms and a separate toilet. The spacious open plan living area is stylishly decorated in a modern mountain style with neutral colours, brushed wood, furs and leather, while the corner kitchen has plenty of storage and everything you need to cook up a feast. The sunny south-facing balcony has stunning views across Morzine to the mountains opposite and is a great place to sit and watch the bubble lift, which rises right up the side of the building! There’s room in the garage to park your car or store bikes, as well as a practical ski locker, so you can keep the apartment clear of outdoor gear. It’s rare to find a smaller property decorated to such a high standard and in such a great location, so don’t waste any time in booking this apartment!

With the ski bus stopping just outside the building, and the resort and liftsof Morzine just 200m away, Appartement Panoramix is the perfect base from which to explore the 12 ski stations of the Portes du Soleil. With 650km of pistes, and almost 200 lifts, you’ll never get bored in this winter sports paradise. Other ways to have fun include snowshoeing and sledging, while the Indiana adventure park offers a variety of activities for all ages. After a busy day, it’s just a short walk from your apartment to the bars and restaurants of Morzine.

There are superb water parks in Morzine and Avoriaz, as well as two summer sledging runs. The Indiana adventure park has a range of assault courses to suit all ages, and other activities in the area include climbing, rafting, via ferrata, canyoning, mini-golf, quad bikes, fishing, kayaking and hiking. The Portes du Soleil resorts cross the border with Switzerland, giving you two countries and two cultures to experience, and the pretty spa town of Evian-les-Bains, on the banks of lake Geneva, is a great destination for a day out. From there, you can take a boat to other lakeside towns such as Lausanne and Montreux. In Chamonix, just an hour’s drive away, you can take a ride on the second-largest cable car in the world, and take in the spectacular views from Mont Blanc. Geneva airport is just an hour away from Appartement Panoramix, making it easily accessible for a short break or a longer stay.

The spectacular view on a clear sunny day is just fabulous, and convinced us this was the property for us.
“We are three friends from Belguim who decided to club together and invest in a property in the Alps to use as a holiday home to enjoy with our respective families. We realised the location of the chalet was suberb, being so close to the centre of the village. The spectacular view on a clear sunny day is just fabulous, and convinced us this was the right property for us.
We hope you will love it here as much as we do, and will like the way we have furnished the apartment.
Have a great holiday! Wilfried Lauwers
“A lovely stay”
We had a lovely stay at Panoramix. Morzine is a great location with lots to do and the apartment was in an excellent location...
We only went out in the car once during the week. Panoramix is well equipped and with a high standard. We really enjoyed our stay and would book it again.
Excellently kitted out to a high standard. Excellent location close to town but far enough away to escape the bustle and nightlife. Everyone was quiet at night and respectful of their neighbours.
We enjoyed to took our road bikes and cycled 5 out of 6 days. We bought a multi pass which was really worthwhile and used it for the pool ski lifts and the summer luge. There is so much things to do.

“Un très bel appartement”
Magnifique appartement au 2ème étage d'un chalet. Encore plus beau que sur les photos. Belle cuisine et très belle décoration. Terrasse exposée sud avec une très jolie vue dégagée. Petit plus: machine à laver, sèche linge et garage. Le chalet est situé près de la passerelle ce qui permet de rejoindre le centre de Morzine en quelques minutes à pied.

“Great location. Lovely and quiet”
Newly decorated. Perfect location. Very easy to access lift to Avoriaz. Sounds in the description as if it is a long way from the centre of the town, in fact it is a great location.

“Great apartment. ”
Location very convenient for Super Morzine telecabine and Intersport Ski Hire and storage shop and the "Petit Train" for access to the Pleney lifts. Accommodation - contemporary decor, clean and well equipped. Would happily stay here again.

“Thank you for a wonderful stay”
The apartment was stunning, spacious and had wonderful views out over Morzine. It is perfectly situated close to the Super Morzine lift and centre of town which made staying here a pleasure! Thank you also for being so flexible with our arrival and departure times and for being so accommodating with our chalet chefs! All in all a fantastic apartment and we had a truly lovely stay thank you!

“Fabulous chalet in a great location with beautiful views of Morzine. ”
The facilities were excellent and very comfortable. We enjoyed our visit very much. It was the ideal chalet to make a big birthday and a splendid New Year. The location is excellent, the extra bathroom and toilet are very convenient, the ski room and the design of the chalet are only a few of the many advantages of this place. We liked also the bridge connection straight to the village, the village itself, the access to the different ski areas, and general location of this great apartment.

“A very pleasant chalet decorated beautifully. ”
The bedding was very good too. The view is magnificent and the villagers were very welcoming. If we ever return to Morzine, it will probably be to this chalet.

“Great starting point to explore Morzine”
Splendid decoration, quiet location and beautiful view over the resort... What more could we have asked for???

“Very smooth experience”
For our family of five with kids 17,16 & 8, the apartment had everything: wifi, personal space, tv, games, view, comfort. We have stayed in many apartments, mostly in Paris, this by far the most customer focused and best equipped. I brought far too many things, we eat out a lot due to friendliness of town and tiredness from skiing. We are a mixture of novice and experienced skiers, there was plenty for both and lessons were excellent from ESF. Special mention to Action Sports (ski hire, cafe etc our 'local'), recommended by owners, made us feel so welcome we have had our family spot for shoes etc. The "génépi" (local spirit, probably misspelt) cured all skiing pains. We took great pains in booking what is not a cheap holiday, for her quite demanding family, and our first time skiing as a family was a joy. Never, in two years living in France have we had such a smooth experience, many thanks and I hope we can return next year.

At the heart of the Portes du Soleil, Europe's largest skiing area, Morzine offers great winter sports and plenty of summer action. Ski, hike or bike into Switzerland, enjoy great lakeside walks, explore mountain villages or just relax in one of the village's many restaurants or bars. With a superb swimming pool complex, adventure park and a choice of spas, there's always something new to explore.
